Drop copy from https://chukwa.benac.dev/

The landing page has a wall of text a mile long before we get to the useful links!

Plus, it’s stale and I don’t wanna have to maintain it so just cut it out if someone really wants to. They can download the zip file and look at the docs in the code base.

What was removed

• The "Tool contract" section + the rendered tool manifest ("wall of text a mile long")
• The tooling/manifest paragraph
• The Vocabulary pointer
• LandingSection struct + LANDING_SECTIONS const + render_landing_tool_docs / render_landing_tool_section / render_landing_tool helpers (all dead after the page change)
• Two tests asserting the wall-of-text shape (landing_links_to_http_manifest, landing_renders_every_tool_from_shared_manifest)
• Now-unused HashMap, HashSet, serde_json::Value imports

What stayed

• Title + one-line intro
• MCP endpoint URL
• Live dashboard + Tickets links
• Source links: gitlab repo, zip download, license

Tests

• cargo test --lib: 338 passed; 0 failed (was 340; 2 deleted along with the landing assertions)
• cargo test --test phase0: 14 passed; 0 failed

Anyone wanting the tool surface can use the MCP client tools/list, the running /tooling/manifest endpoint (still there, just unlinked from the landing), or read the source in the zip download. The landing is no longer a place that needs maintenance.
